What is the difference between the Android box and the AVOV box?
– The AVOV box supports Live TV and videos on demand with a subscription as well as still having the Kodi application that the Android box does.
Does the Android box support live TV?
– At this time Live TV subscriptions are not officially supported by us. However, advanced users may be able to configure KODI with and IPTV set-top-box emulator for the Live TV.

What is KODI?
– It’s a media center front-end application that allows you to stream pre-recorded TV shows and movies to your television with the use of an Android, AVOV, or MAG box.
What is IPTV?
– Basically it’s TV though your Internet connection.
– Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is a system through which television services are delivered using the internet protocol suite over a packet switched network such as a LAN or the Internet, instead of being delivered through traditional terrestrial, satellite signal, and cable television formats.
What are the minimum requirements to connect an AVOV box to my television?
– A television with an available HDMI port
– High speed internet connection (recommended 20MB/sec download – based on multiple wireless devices being used at the same time over the same network)

AVOV TVOnline+: Portal Configuration
1. From the home screen, go to Settings > Server Settings.
2. Choose any server (1 to 10) and click OK.
3. Enter the portal URL provided to you via email.
4. Select connect. You may have to press the back key on the remote to minimize the on-screen keyboard to get to the connect button.
5. Go back to the home screen and enter the live TV or Video-on-Demand section.
Do I need one IPTV box for each TV?
– Yes, in order to service more than one TV, you will need one IPTV box for each TV. you have the option to stick with one IPTV box and move it from TV to TV, but this can be inefficient if you are switching TV’s quite frequently. Also, you must activate each box with its own IPTV subscription. There is no way of sharing the subscription between multiple IPTV boxes.
How do I find the MAC address?
– In order to activate your subscription we require the MAC address of the unit you wish to have activated. The MAC address must be in this format: 00:1A:79:##:##:## (# replaced, with hexadecimal characters such as A-F, 0-9). Any other MAC address not following the format is incompatible with the IPTV service.
– On the MAG254 units, the MAC address is printed on the sticker under the unit. It can also be found in the “About Device” menu in the settings.
– On the AVOV units, the MAC address can be found in the top right corner of the “Server Settings” within the settings menu or for some models it can be found in the Play button and then “Settings”. Note: Make sure your AVOV unit is connected to the internet as you will be required to have necessary packages installed first to access the “Sever Settings”.
– On the AVOV VIXO1-2 units, you will be required to download the TVOnline application in the Market. The MAC address will be located in the “Settings” menu within the application.
What happens after I place an order for a subscription?
It will take between 0 to 24 hours for your subscription to be activated. An email will be sent to you once your subscription has been activated and included in the email will be the URL that you are to enter into your device. If you have already configured your box, then you can skip those instructions and continue to enjoy your subscription.
Will these services work on my Smart IPTV app on my Samsung Smart TV?
No, the services offered on the site will not be compatible with the Smart IPTV app.
